17 months and counting

Noah will be 17 months old tomorrow. My baby is almost a year and a half! How did that happen? Noah being a toddler is monumental for me for a variety of reasons. The obvious are that he is getting so big, has such a funny personality and is thriving in ways I could have only hoped for 17 months ago. 

We had planned to increase our family when Noah was this age. 18 months sounded like such a long time back in November 2007, it seemed safe and far off. Well as time always does, it has moved on very quickly and here we are, time for decisions! 

With the passing of time, Noah getting older, and all this "talk" about getting pregnant again, a lot of emotions are starting to resurface for me. 

So today that is where I am. Happy, loving, and hopeful but a little scared...or scarred....or both!
